MUNs, student society concerts, professional workshops, and community meetups. If you're
tired of spreadsheets, Urban Events is for you.
Is it really free for free events?
Yes! If you're hosting a free event, Urban Events is 100% free to use. No platform fees, no
hidden costs. We want to support the community and help you grow.
How do payments work for paid events?
We support local payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa and bank transfers. For paid
events, a simple 5% per ticket is added at checkout. Free events are always free, and there are
no monthly subscriptions.
How do I check in attendees?
Every ticket comes with a unique QR code. You can use any smartphone with the Urban Events
dashboard to scan tickets at the door. It's fast, reliable, and works even with spotty
internet.
Can I customize my event page?
Absolutely! You can add your own branding, logos, event descriptions, and custom registration
fields to match your event's identity.
What if I need help during my event?
Our support team is just an email or WhatsApp away. We understand that events are
high-stakes, and we're here to ensure your check-in process goes smoothly.
How do I get my payouts?
Payouts are processed weekly directly to your designated bank account or mobile wallet after
the event successfully concludes.
